About: Hammersmith Hospital

All staff were kind and professional - I had a strong reaction to have blood taken. The team were understanding, patient, and generous of spirit. I am so grateful for the way in which they handled the situation. The process of drawing blood was excellent too; I hardly felt it. The department itself seemed new and fresh. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
