Caring, respectful and dedicated staff. I stayed one night following surgery. Very welcoming reception staff. Very comfortable throughout my stay. Staff professional qualities put me at ease. Always felt like I could ask for anything. Consultant and all staff took time to explain things carefully.
Attention outstanding from the anaesthetist and surgical team.
Room facilities in need of updating.
No curtains and poorly fitted blinds in the room. Cleanliness very good in all areas. Catering very good quality, service and choice.
