"Terrible, should be ashamed!"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

My partner attended urgent care last night with a serve rash over his face, he has been suffering horrendously for month with eczema and has been sent all over the place. The GP sent him home with no help whatsoever explaining he’ll have to see his own GP today for help. He attended his GP this morning who told him to call dermatology, the dermatologist told him to attend urgent care immediately and explain they need to see him and explain he needs to see a dermatologist, he was then sent to the same GP from last night who has sent him home and said he ‘can’t do anything at all’. They should be ashamed to send a young man away with the worst eczema i have ever seen. He has lost all faith in the NHS over the last few month and this has pushed him over the edge. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
