The epilepsy nurse spoke to the lady I was supporting and not to me which was nice as the lady I was with has a learning disability and people normally don't speak directly to her. Sarah explained everything that would be happening in a way that we understood. We felt very comfortable around Sarah. Please provide more staff like Sarah! Thanks.
