"Exceptional care"

I was a inpatient for a week and my surgery was a success whilst in hospital I became very emotional and wrote my concerns down to show a nurse who read it and tried her best to console me she passed it on to my consultant who then came to see me and he did reassure me everything was fine and it was normal to be emotional after my procedure the care was outstanding nothing was too much for them I was at a later date discharged a more relaxed patient my stay was on the Chester Suite and I would like to thank all staff including cleaning and physio and dinner host ladies your are all amazing thank so much love from Mandy Buckley xx
