"Poor standards of care"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Broke my wrist and treated at Chesterfield A&E , superb care and attention. Follow up at QE Birmingham today 17/03/22 total waste of time sent from department to department with no care or help ! Used hospital before and was well looked after so standards have dropped severely! Will travel 85 miles back to Chesterfield tomorrow instead of QE 3.5 miles away !
