About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / COVID vaccination programme

(as a parent/guardian),

Our son was feeling very nervous and a bit scared when we came to get his vaccine. The staff who welcomed us were very friendly and worked hard to keep him distracted. Fiona and Phil who administered the vaccine couldn't have been better. They were kind, caring and encouraging and made the whole experience less traumatic. Thank you.

Dear fluteeh84 - thank you so much for telling us about your experience at the vaccination clinic, I can appreciate that your son was feeling nervous but its great to read how the staff provided reassurance and helped your son.
