"Satisfactory experience"

I had a phone conversation on a Friday in February which was very thorough, phone call was at the time that was arranged. Received another call on the Tue to get my blood pressure checked a my GP practice, so the chest pain clinic were very much on top of the situation. Phoned back to clinic 2 days later to find out date for my treadmill. The staff member was very pleasant & helpful when I was on the phone. A cancellation came in & I got the shot today. Attended clinic & was in for my procedure within 15 min. The 3 staff including 1 student were all very pleasant & informative & made me feel perfectly relaxed during the whole procedure. Over all it was a very satisfactory & pleasant visit to the clinic. So I thank all receptionist + staff involved.
