Recent visit to urgent treatment centre due to a fall ..staff were welcoming on arrive ,processed details quickly and triaged shortly after arrival …I did incur a wait for an X-ray but it’s to be expected as the NHS is under an enormous strain and it’s not their fault I fell down the stairs ..every aspect of my treatment was explained to me and I was given aftercare advice ..The urgent treatment centre is always my first choice for any minor issues I have and every visit is a positive one .I always leave feeling I have been given the best possible care.
