(as a parent/guardian),

My little girl had taken unwell today, as the day got on she got a little worse with her temperature and pain to her leg. We tried to make contact with nhs24 however decided to come down to RHC ED as she was becoming a little drowsy and more painful. We were triaged, saw by doctor and discharged within 2 hours with some antibiotics. The staff were kind and Doctor Michael was great with her, can’t thank you enough for your care tonight.

I am the Lead Nurse for ED. I am sorry to hear your daughter was unwell and needed to come to our ED. That must have been a very worrying time for you both and I hope she is feeling better.
