From the moment I arrived for my ablation procedure l was treated with the utmost care and consideration the Sister who settled me onto my day bed was so professional and friendly she put me at ease and nothing appeared too much for her.The Consultant who carried out the procedure fully explained what was to happen again in a very professional yet friendly manner.Everyone l came into contact with were excellent.When l came away from the hospital l felt brilliant and had nothing but respect for Glenfield Hospital
