Thank you for taking the time to leave us such kind feedback about the recent episode of care you and your son had when attending our Emergency Department (ED); we do appreciate it, and very much hope your son is better now.

The Trust works hard to provide a high standard of care to all patients and despite the challenges our ED's have faced with increased patient activity, we are delighted to hear you and your son had a positive experience. It must have been a very worrying time for you and your son, so it is reassuring to read staff were kind and caring, and answered your questions.

We hope you and your son are well, and keeping safe.
