The care received from the nurses I have seen has been good. The problem is with the appointment system. So many patients complain about the system but are ignored.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss it with the practice manager.

I don't have to write about the ridiculous appointment system in this review, as anyone wanting to see a nurse or doctor will know exactly what the problems are! The system is not fit for purpose. Perhaps you could do a survey of your patients and ask their opinion. Something really needs to be done, and soon.

Dear Annie, I am please to hear that you have found that care provided by our nurses has been good. As you know we offer a clinical triage appointment system at the surgery and demand for appointments often outstrips the supply meaning that some patients do need to wait. If you write to the surgery with your specific concerns about the systems in place I will be more than happy to try to help. Many thanks.
