"The NHS at its very best"

I attended as an outpatient for a biopsy of the tongue.  From the point of reception through to treatment the service was excellent.  Prior to surgery the procedure was fully explained by Dr Watts.  Two nurses in attendance and assisted with the treatment through to explaining post treatment.

Excellent medical Procedure and all were caring, attentive and utterly professional.  

I’m sure this has been said many times but from referral from my dentist, seeing the consultant and subsequent biopsy the process was quick, no delays and the NHS at its very best…….thank you.
