About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill)

In my 20 week scan, a man knocked and entered the scan room, to sit down and start chatting at the two sonograpghers doing the scan. He wanted to gossip about his colleagues and how annoying they were.

He then sighed and left. There was no reason for him to enter the room at all, just to have bitchy chat. The sonograghers were great.

Dear Patient. I am so sorry to hear about your experience when you had your twenty week scan. The behaviour of the other member of staff who came into the room to 'chat' to colleagues is not acceptable at all. I will certainly be passing your comments to the management team.
