I visited A&E following an injury to my back. I arrived at 8pm where I was informed there could be a 4-5 hour wait. It was very busy and patients kept turning up what seemed like every few minutes. I was initially met by a staff member at reception, seen by a nurse, doctor and radiographer. Despite being very busy and obviously under lots of pressure, every person I spoke with was kind, professional , friendly and took time to listen and not just rush through to the next patient. The staff were all fantastic and I just had to say thank you to everyone there for their hard work and patience. Such an amazing service THANK YOU
