Dear Patient. Thank you for your feedback which I assume relates to the A&E at Denmark Hill. I am very sorry to hear about the long queing time and the very long time to wait to be treated. I'd be really grateful if you could confirm whether this relates to the Urgent Care Centre at Denmark Hill of the main A&E. This will help me to direct your comments appropriately.
