(as a service user),

Friendly professional staff but one concern is confidentiality and privacy. Mainly due to broken door- screen has been ripped at bottom of glass in door so anyone can see straight in to waiting area. Also door swings wide open and hinge mechanism broken. So anyone who goes in and out who swings door open wide and doesn't close it causes a lot of privacy concerns. Had to get up to close it numerous times whilst waiting.
