"Worst surgery ever"

About: Dickenson Road Medical Centre

Phoning this surgery all day today from 1pm and its 5pm now. You have various option's to select and each option keeps you on hold for half an hour before ending. Results is youre caller no 3 since 1.30pm General is no.8 non of your place in queue has changed since 1pm. I think the reception workers must be able to freeze calls to show a number and then you are frozen on that number no-matter how long you phone or hold . Very disappointed especially as I have aN urgent request. This isnt the first time this has hapened.
