I attended OPD for the results of a scan.
As soon as I met Nicky, Nurse Specialist , I was put at ease by her calm, personable manner.
The consultation was swift and thorough .
Another nurse , Jen , joined us as I had an examination. Again, she too was friendly and professional and helped ease my discomfort.
The two nurses made my visit the best it could have been and I want to thank them again for everything.
