"Fantastic Nurses"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / General surgery (Wards 9a, 9b, 9c & 9d)

(as the patient),

I was in for surgery on and stayed for 5 nights.

I spent one night in High dependency and 4 nights in ward 9A of the Queen Elizabeth.

At 35 years old this was my first stay for over 15 years I believe. And I just wanted to say how humbled and impressed I am by every single nurse and doctor and support staff I met. Absolutely fantastic.

Dear SG1307

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of using the High Dependency Unit and Ward 9A of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

I'm glad to hear your first stay in hospital in nearly 15 years was such a success and your surgery went well.

I was great to hear how the staff took good care of you and offered you support when needed in what must have been an anxious time for you.

I will be delighted to pass on your thanks to all the staff involved who I'm sure will be glad to hear you were happy with the service provided.

Kind regards

Kevin
