About: The Lawson Practice

(as the patient),

Today was my first visit to the Lawson Practice. I have of late been experiencing mental health issues and was daunted by the prospect of walking into a new surgery and meeting my new doctor. I need not have been so overwhelmed because I found the kindness and courtesy at the reception welcoming as well as the doctor who took his time to listen to my story and did not at any time rush me.

I found his manner warm, not intimidating, as we discussed my issues and medication. He was caring and professional and I felt at ease. I felt he really cared about my well being. Thank you!
