I'm sad to read this description of the practice. As many have testified on Care Opinion this is not everyone's experience. I am sad about the way you have described our reception staff, this is not helpful and is actually quite hurtful to them. We are always open to useful suggestions and ways to improve and we know we don't always succeed but we do try.
