"Lovely receptionist"

I would just like to say although I only popped in for a short amount of time to speak to reception. The lady who helped me was absolutely lovely. The kind of staff member you would want working anywhere. She was so kind and caring and was lovely to my 2 year old daughter. She couldn't do enough for me and did so much to help me. I cannot thank her enough.

Thank you so much for your feedback as it is helps us recognise where our staff are doing a great job and sometimes where staff may need further training. In this instance I am so pleased that our receptionist represented the values of our organisation so well.
