"The worst experience ever "

I tried to call the GP Unfortunately, no one answered, so after work I decided to go in person because I had a very strong allergic reaction. my hand was swollen from my fingers to my elbow. I explained that it is an emergency and I need medication, but the receptionist refused to see a doctor because I had not an appointment booked. service in this GP it’s below any standard and threatening the peoples life. Someone suppose to have a closer look to the work ethic there!

I have investigated your complaint. You do not understand how GP services work in this country. We are not an emergency service. When you came up and spoke with a receptionist through the intercom, my staff were trying to establish whether you are registered with the practice or were looking for a 'walk in centre' which is on the first floor. However you swore at her using the F word and stormed off!

Fortunately, majority of our patients understands the strain we are under and are fully aware of the NHS ethos which you are not familiar with.
