The whole practice is run professionally and with an attitude that I have not experienced regularly in the NHS. I have been treated as a human rather than a number. As someone with a medical need, rather than an inconvenience. I am very impressed. The receptionists are friendly and patient. The GPs listen and explain things thoroughly.
