Hi,

This is a lovely response and great to see the information in accessible form. This is the first time it has been used, so it's great to see it.

I hope this made things easier and glad both ward B31 and our acute liaison nurse helped make your time in hospital a good experience.

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to let me know about how your hospital visit is. I am glad your experience has been good, seen as you have had to stay in the hospital for so long. Hopefully the Doctor's and Nurses can get you better soon and you can get home.
