"Pathetic service"

Been new to the country and new patient of this practice i have had the worst experience. After an initial call with the doctor, he asked us to walk in to bring in my repeat meds so that it can be added to the system. On the day, the receptionist was very un professional, chewing bubble gum whilst talking to me. She could not assist with basic queries i had and asked me to come back when other staff members where around. The receptionist was actually pretty useless.

Since i went in, my meds have not been added onto the system this is resulting in me not being able to access my repeat meds. Constant calls to the practice and no answer at all.

i would not recommend this place at all.
