"Phlebotomy shambles!!! "

I have taken the day off work, fasted for over ten hours and been driven to Maldon from Witham to be told I won’t be seen for an allergy BLOOD test because my doctor hasn’t joined up the 9 properly on my form (my DOB is 1990 and the handwriting makes it look like a 3).

I do not see why the phlebotomist could not look up my DOB on Medway rather than sending me off when I’m clearly 32 and have other forms of ID on me.

Awful experience with no duty of care to your patients personal needs.
