"Prompt and caring response to request for help"

When I needed help regarding my housebound elderly mothers health we received very prompt support. The initial telephone calls with the receptionist and subsequently with the doctor were caring , reassuring and I felt supported

Following that the dr made a home visit and further actions have been taken

All in all , during a worrying time, I found the help and guidance from the staff at the practice to be first class
