(as a relative),

Community health team East Leake. Thankyou for the care and support shown to our father during the last few weeks of his life. As always we appreciate how fortunate we are to be supported by such amazing NHS staff who treated our father with care dignity and sensitivity throughout. The team was responsive to needs during a very difficult time for healthcare as well as meeting our personal needs.
