"Exceptional quality of care"

My visit to the Surgical Centre was over the weekend. I broke my ankle in two places and it was in a very sensitive state. I was admitted early in the morning and my surgery took place a few hours after I settled in. I met with my nurses, Dr's and Aneasyhesist, who were extremely caring, thoughtful and took their time when they explained what needed to be done. After the op. I was cared for by a number of wonderful nurses throughout my two days stay. From helping me to the washroom, supporting me to change and routine check up. Every individual on the ward were friendly, funny and compassionate towards their patients. I felt grateful and blessed that I had such caring individuals looking after me. My heartfelt and sincerest gratitude to the day-shift and night-shift nurses. The two wonderful dinner ladies with tea and coffee on hand. The lovely cleaning staff that kept the ward spotless and finally the surgical team that took care of my foot Inc the in house Physio and Dr who came to see me on the day of my discharge. The two day-shift nurses on duty ordered an patient transfer ambulance for me because I was in a vunrable condition.

You guys are the best at what you do and it can be tough at times but for me, personally, you made my stay comfortable and I can't thank you enough. I have names of everyone I came in contact with and I wish each one of the medical professionals on the ward at Gateway Surgical Centre my deepest gratitude.
