"The worst place ever"

About: Dickenson Road Medical Centre

I called for 3 days in a row at 8 o’clock ,being above 30/40 in the queue waiting more than one hour just to tell me that they are all booked and to call next day at 8 o’clock.People are you mad ?

Plus every time the staff are so rude,not even having idea how they got hired.One time I had my phone appointment at 9 am(because I registered with this gp more than one year ago and I haven’t seen one doctor all this time not even once)they called me at 12 am when I was already at work and couldn’t pick up the phone after when I tried to make another appointment ,the “nice” lady from reception told me that she will not make me any appointment because I haven’t picked up the call,and that I need to be available any time of the day!

OH REALLY? if I have appointment with doctor at 9 am,I can come anytime of the day innit?Because I have appointment and you, as a doctor, have the duty to wait for me even if I come at 10 pm.🙄

I hope NHS will close this practice

And by the way the one who responds at the reviews, I read almost all reviews and you have an attitude. Your answers are rude as well,and anyway you have 1.4 stars on google mate and still haven’t done anything to fix anything
