"Brilliant 111 & A&E service"

About: York Hospital / Accident and emergency Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I phoned 111 in the middle of the night as I was having breathing problems.  My husband and 2 children all have Covid so the operator arranged for a paramedic to visit our house, which I think in current times is just brilliant.  They arranged for ambulance to take me to hospital, the crew were just amazing.

At A&E they were obviously busy but this did not affect the care I received. Although they were under great pressure they were professional and just amazing really.
