"First Class Treatment"

I attended FGH for a very fast heart rate, sent by GP. The care I received was first class. It was quick and professional. I felt at all times that my problem was important and I saw three doctors from different sections of the hospital. A junior doctor, a medical doctor and a registrar from cardiology. In each case the doctor listened arranged for appropriate tests and always left me knowing what was going to happen next. I was sent home with medication and a plan in place for future review and tests. All the staff I met from reception through to the doctors including x-ray, support staff and nurses were all pleasant and gave me confidence in what they were doing.
