"Cannot praise the team highly enough"

About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We have been helped by this service several times before.  Again, a most professional, reassuring and caring service provided preventing a hospital admission and saving the NHS bed occupancy and money,.  Surely the value of this service should be recognised by expanding its staffing and resources.  We, as a family, cannot praise the team highly enough.  thank you.

I am glad that your loved one has been able to avail of our services on multiple occasions.

People with chronic conditions often face many admissions to hospital. A team such as ours has been able to prevent many admissions which lead to changes in environment health care professional and separation from family, which can be detrimental,

Hopefully our team will expand and we will be able to help many more people.
