About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The team were excellent.  They provided the care at home so that I did not have to go into hospital.  Every member of the team were kind, thoughtful and very professional.  They kept myself and the family informed at all times of my condition and the medication I needed and why I needed it.  An outstanding service with outstanding practitioners.
