Booked an appointment for bloods and blood pressure check as instructed by this practice. Received a text 4 days later saying they had to cancel my appointment. Rang back to book a new one like they asked, held on in their queing system to wait my turn for 25 mins, my turn reached I am number 1, then it goes back to their answering system and I cant get through again. My best advice is when you people are cancelling our appoints, dont send a text, instead ring us and make us a new appointment there and then instead of wasting our time and money trying to get through to your system and not being connected when we were supposed to be. Time wasters dont text to say your cancelling ring us up please!!!!!!
