(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Yesterday I was brought to Craigavon hospital in an ambulance; the ambulance took around 45 minutes. I spent most of my time yesterday in ED, the staff were a great help. My time so far on his ward has been great, the staff are all very caring and made me feel at ease. The ward has been kept very clean, thanks to the cleaning staff. I have not tried much of the food yet, but the meal I received at lunch time today was perfect.
