"No help and didn’t care "

Had a smear talked to the nurse and as a 50 year old really struggling mentally with menopause. Told the nurse I’d seen a gynaecologist in sheffield had zoladex injection for 3 mths, was supposed to have medication but was never prescribed it, doc blamed nurse, nurse blamed doc. One Health were useless. Tried to have injections at surgery but they got the wrong ones and told me they couldn’t prescribe a three month dose. Requested new gynaecologist, under Calderdale had one injection after speaking to new gynaecologist who said he’d put me on tablets and give me a review on second visit. Not coping with medication and on my next 3 monthly visit after waiting half an hour while they tried to find the medication and get it signed off they told me my gynaecologist had left and I’d have to wait another three months make an appointment and have a review with whoever. Today after seeing the nurse at the surgery I told her the above burst into tears because I am not coping and reached out for help. She was great, she made me an appointment with a doctor and gave me a booklet o. Menopause and could see I needed help. I subsequently went back for my app with the doctor, told her everything thinking I would get help because I’m really struggling with life and always getting passed around from pillar to post she said she could see this was going on for a while and said she would refer me to the gynaecologist. I sat crying in disbelief, which gynaecologist? Where? I’m sat here telling you no one is helping me and yet I have to wait another month to see someone, I’m reaching out for help. She told me it was a gynaecology issue, I got up and simply walked out crying. I took the day off work, don’t get paid for it and sobbed my heart out. No one wants to help at this surgery so I’m wondering if anyone can see me urgently because I cannot continue like this. How can any doctor let you walk out of a surgery in tears and simply leave you? Todays doctor knew nothing about me and genuinely didn’t care, no further questions asked, simply passed me to someone else. I reached out for help but she didn’t listen and let me walk.
