Visited today with my grandaughter.doctor was so rude and unwelcoming . No apology for the wait. No personal skills whatsoever. Spoke to my daughter in law like a child.
I understand nhs are busy but there is no excuse for bad manners .my grandaughter was very poorly . High temperature. Vomiting and a rash.
We had been advised by 111 to go to walk in centrebut so disapointed with service.
