(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My care has been fantastic with the whole experience being great. The food has been excellent and I can have no complaints about the quality of it. The nurses do their best or you and are so easy to understand and take such good care of us. The place has been spotless since I arrived and has stayed that way thanks to the amazing cleaners. I will hopefully be discharged tonight and want to thank everybody for the exceptional care I have received.
