"Never A Problem"

Having been at this practice for over 40 years, I thought it was due a comment.

Pre pandemic never had any serious problems with the Reception/booking/telephone/Doctor’s.

Pandemic changed a lot for everybody including Surgeries and although we all had difficulty at times and had to be more patient, I still felt as good a service was given under extreme circumstances.

I called yesterday. Number 11 in line but answered very quickly, receptionist listened intently and advised accordingly. I did not feel rushed in having to finish. Doctor rang back at 2pm and by 4pm I had medication, knowledge that my problem will be monitored, a future face to face appointment booked as they felt that was necessary.

There’s a lot of negativity being put out for people doing their jobs and whilst I appreciate sometimes, it doesn’t go right for everyone, I felt it time for those who it does go right for should also speak out.
