"Reception "

Used the mailing system to say what was wrong/symptoms and had a reply from doctor within a couple of hrs, was sent for blood tests. Called for results to be told by receptionist “nothing to report” as I still have on going symptoms I asked for a doctors appointment, massive sigh from receptionist and then no appointments for 3 weeks! Once you can get past receptionists as I’m sure they think they are the doctors it’s a good practice
