"No pallative care"

About: Good Hope Hospital

This concerns my daughter who passed away 28th March 2020. Claire was admitted with respiratory problem due to the after affects of a stem cell transplant. Pallative care nurses came saw her said they would be back never saw them again. I contacted PALS more than once and never heard back from them. Even Claire’s consultants from Heartlands contacted good hope. Nothing. I know things have been hard with covid but I’m sure someone could have contacted us to say they had recieved our complaint.
