"Dreadful practise management and admin"

In the past my test results have been lost, the replacements shredded before being seen by a doctor. I recently made an appointment for a shingles jab, waited almost an hour then the nurse told me that they didn't have any vaccine! I wrote to the practise manager but never received even an acknowledgement. Yesterday after a missed call from a doctor I had a text telling me that an appointment had been made for me a few days hence. I called to find out if it was phone or face-to-face and was told that no such appointment had been made. No explanation. Reception staff are not exactly helpful or pleasant and could do with a bit of training. Doctors seem to be absolutely fine but very let down by those around them.
