Today I phoned at 11am to the surgery to get some advise about a problem on my knee, the gentleman who picked up the phone very politely told me that my GP would call me back in 4 hours. Well, after 5 hours, I phoned back, and a lady tells me that it is not 4 hours as previously advised, she says it is until 6.30pm. At 6pm I called again as I did not receive any call since the morning, concerned that the surgery would close and no one came back to me. At 6.30pm I phoned again and just the answering machine saying the centre was closed, Unexpectedly I received a phone call at 6.45h exactly in the same moment when I was on the phone with 111 to get the help I couldn't get from my surgery in all day, so I missed the call.
It is very sad in the way this surgery deal with their patients; It is like our time as patients it is nothing, basically I waste a lot of time calling to the surgery today, waiting for ages on the phone just for nothing.
I do not recommend this surgery at all. Very unprofessional service
