"10/10 to all staff in Day Surgery"

I had to have a procedure in Day Surgery unit in Dec 2021 following early diagnosis of Breast Cancer. after a poor experience at another NHS hospital i was concerned having an op at Warwick. But i was so well looked after from the moment i arrived. Friendly and reassuring receptionist on arrival. Lovely nurses who looked after me while i was waiting to go to theatre. Wonderful staff in the theatre team and had excellent care on the Day Surgery Ward post surgery. I got home later that evening very tired and sore but the care and attention i received while at Warwick was excellent. Plus i felt very COVID safe. Thank you.
