(as a service user),

I was admitted to Craigavon hospital via an ambulance, the wait for the ambulance was quick. The overall care I’ve received from the staff has been brilliant; they are also very friendly and helpful. The food has not been great, I’ve got sick of it after a few weeks of being here. The ward is always spotless, and the cleaning staff are very nice, they are always up for a chat. Which is good as it can get very boring sitting here all day.

I am sorry you were disappointed with the food and I have passed your comments to the Catering Team. Patient menus are reviewed regularly and feedback is taken into consideration as part of the review process.
