I was admitted to A and E through 111, with a collapsed lung. waited 8 minutes to be seen. I was then treated in A and E with thoughtfulness and kindness. I waited to 3am to be transferred to a ward,, but was treated and checked on in that time. For a gutted service pared back by an uncaring government, I though staff were doing a top notch job, and please pass on my thanks.
